Past Event: Ramsey Nouah Hosted 2013's Chapter of Annual African Movie Award

The last we heard of GIAMA was with Nollywood actor Jim Iyke and again the second annual GIAMA was hosted by Ramsey Nouah. It initiated with a stunning fashion show. To my utmost surprise latest host Ramson Nouah arrived in an impressive manner in a helicopter and was escorted to the main venue in a Mercedes-Benz S-class. I understood that the helicopter was planned to land on the red carpet though such plan failed for safety reasons.

Ramsey Noah came in gloriously as overwhelming cheers from his fans made him feel super ready for a days business.That’s on his arrival. The crowd later became more elated when he hit the stage with James Bond themed opening number. Jokes were coming from comedians AY, Seyi Brown and Jedi who in their routine kept the crowd amused. The other side attractions of the day were with Dance performances to PSquare’s Personally, Alingo and of course a special music performance by the Refugees …. The highlight moments of the day included the honorary award presentation for Lancelot Imaseun and Richard Mofe Damijo (RMD).
